I have purchased the product on 2nd April 2022 from Amazon India website.
On 1st march I registered a complaint with syska by calling them on syska customer care number. As the product was under 1 year warranty, they asked me to send a email with photos of the product and also provided me a complaint number. It is EC[protected]. They picked up the product from my home on 3rd of march. I was told/assured by syska over the mail and also over the call with customer care that i will receive the repaired product within 20 working days. It has been more than 2 months now, I didn't receive the repaired product yet. Everytime I call the customer care they just tell me that they are escalated the issue. But till now it has not been resolved. Please help.
