Please note that i have purchased Syska Headphone on 22.05.2015 with a warranty period of six months . The headphone has stopped working from September 2015 . I have given the same to the company for replacement but the same has not yet been provided to me since continuous follow up from the shopkeeper and the customer care official . The headphone has been purchased from Raver (jalagaon) district .
If this type of service continues i would have to lodge complaint against the highest appellate authority .
Please resolve the issue at the earliest .
