Hi All, Claim ID '[protected]', Syska Gadget secure rejected my claim even after I have submitted all the documents and my damaged handset HTC Desire 820 at their service center. It was damaged as it got slipped from my hand as someone pushed me while I was talking over phone and now they are saying you have not mentioned that who pushed you so your claim in under negligence. But It was not voluntary thrown by me. It is really ridiculous. HTC is repaired my handset without approval and now they are charging me aprox full rate of headset 13K. Who will bare this charge and if this is Insurance I suggest you all please don't go for any such Insurance they are fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
