I have bought a Syska SW200 smartwatch from Flipkart on dated 11th June'21. It was fine in first 3 months and now having below issues.
* It restarts abruptly more than 20 times day.
* Power button doesn't works
* Battery backup reduced from 10 to 3 days due to auto reboot
* Music Controller doesn't functions
I called customer care on 15th October twice but they told that our local agents will contact you but they didn't. Later on 13th of November the complaint got registered (RVCCR2110RVS00361) but device pickup location was wrongly updated by the SC agent due to which another one month got wasted and lastly it was picked up on 20th of December (RVCCR2112RVS00112) and till now there is no update or solution I've received so far from anyone and i 've been escalating to support.[protected]@syska.co.in but no there is no response from anyone except an auto mailer.
