I have filed a claim to syska in october 2016 for accidental damage of my i phone 6s+. It has been since 6 month I am still waiting for a solution of my claim. Syska guys are not responding properly. Its showing your claim is approved on their status message but when I call them i get a standard answer that we will short this asap. This is my business phone and I am loosing business of this.

Updated by Prem Kumar Chowdhary The entire documentation has been processed a month back. I am stil waiting for the next steps. My mobile is damaged and its I phone 6s+ and I am not sure what should I do for the same. Even the customer care is also not responsive in this matter.
