I registered a claim against physical damage of my iphone 6. However, without acquiring complete information or inspecting the incident, the claim was rejected basis the little information supplied on phone. I had raised this concern over phone also and requested a call back to which i was told, it will be done within 24hours. I also wrote an email to the complaint department of the company, however, it has been almost a month now and i still havent recieved any response or call back from them.
I bought this insurance to secure my phone against any such damages and now when my phone actually got damaged, i am being told that it cant be covered. This is highly unacceptable. The damage falls within the scope of insurance and i demand proper inspection of the incident followed by claim processing. This is my right as a consumer who has bought insurance and i request immediate action to be taken on the same. Was this information helpful? |
