Syska Gadget Secure — Waiting to get my phone back from last two months (CIN - [protected]) | |||||
I registered a claim for my mobile on 22 November 2016 (CIN - [protected]) and my phone was picked up in the first/second week of December 2016. Since then I am following up but unfortunately not able to know when will I get my mobile back. I am furious and angry that it is almost two month but still your system is showing that 'device is under repairing'. I called so many times to customer service and they have very same shallow response. It is simply illogical that it takes so many days to repair. I have a very simple request to you that please give my mobile back in whatever situation it is, I will get the repair done on my own expense and I don't want to claim anything from Syska as you are just making me fool.
