Syska Gadget Secure — Waiting to get my phone back from more than 2 months | |||||
I registered a claim for my Galaxy S7 Edge in December 2016, CIN No. - [protected] and my phone was picked up on 13 December 2016. Since then I am following up but unfortunately not able to know when I'm going to get my device back. It has been more than two months but still their system is showing that 'device is under repairing process'. I've called so many times to customer care and they have always given same response like we don't know the exact delivery date. In complaint form the estimated delivery date is 21st January 2017 but still i haven't received my device. I'm very disappointed by their service and never gonna buy syska insurance again.
