I have registered a complaint for an under warranty Trimmer Complaint No. "RVSRN2012RVS00703".
First of all registering the complaint itself is a tedious job(website didn't let me do it). I called the customer support they registered my address wrong.
Its been over 15 days since i registered my complaint the pickup was late but they received the product back on 26th Dec, but haven't updated me on the status of the complaint and the customer support services never give a satisfactory response. I haven't received my product back although its been more than two weeks since pickup.
JUST THE WORST AFTER SALE SERVICES.
