Syska Gadget Secure — Worst customer care - no response for claim since 2 months only delay | |||||
I would like to give vent to my anguish and exasperation as to why this company is cynical towards the concerned issue number [protected]. We are following them since 2 months but in response we are only making calls after calls...getting forwarded mails only..the company staff named as Jonny for Haryana is ruthless m disconnects the calls without listening. A customer invests money insurance for confidence but these people push us for extremes n harass for the same. Does a working person has time to invest for calls with broken phone for which he is expecting a claim? I need immediate response for the same till Tuesday ie 22nd dec 2015. I have been highly disappointed and criticise the company for ever. And word of mouth will spread soon in the market till they shut down the FAKE CLAIM COMPANY. Was this information helpful? | |||||
