Im sonalika n my comlaint no is [protected] its been 2 mnths and im just waiting for my claim to be passed. It is the worst experience i have had in these 2 months. They make the customer go crazy. They are intentionally making issues on submition of documents. I have registered my comlaint on 9 November 2015 and i am still begging them to pass my claim. Every time i call them they say we will put u on priority list mam u dnt worry. But why not to worry. Im facing a really hard time. I had never experienced such a bad thing.
