Syska Gadget Secure — Your service sucks | |||
I bought an iphone on march 23rd, i was assured that i syska will cover all types of claims including damage and theft. Unfortunately my phone was stolen and i called syska customer service. Let me tell you customer service is rubbish. Agents are not aware of the process and they dont know hindi or english language. They told me to upload 8 documents which i did and after 2 days when i tracked my complaint, there i find my claim has been rejected and the interesting fact - they have given no reason for that. I called customer service and they have just one thing to say that we cannot do anything. I mean you people have let me down. You suck, your customer service sucks and mind you i will be moving to court. I will make nobody in y family, relatives, friends take your bad product. Was this information helpful? | |||
