Syska — mobile insurance | |||||
Dear sir/madam Last year bought syska mobile insurance, and in aug’17 i had registered my complaint under syska as my handset got damage but the team has rejected my claim stating “unable to process the claim as it got crossed more than 48 hr” Incident - i was returning towards my home after having check up of my son on 13-aug-17, while returning to home, a two wheeler hit our scooty, i was unbalance and my handset got fell down, simultaneously a two wheeler came over it, it was all of sudden that i could not recognize what happen. I got scared with this accident and was not in a condition to even call any one. I had called to syska customer care on 16-aug-17, since 15-aug-17 was the national holiday, claim no [protected]". As per syska team i had called the incidence post 48 hr so they are rejecting my claim, I asked 15-aug-17 was the national holiday then how could they include this day in 48 hrs tat, but they had not listen anything, post this i had mailed to the customer care team but could not get positive response. Recently one of my friend has informed that i could registered my claim in consumer forum and where we will get response, that is why now i am registering this complaint with this forum I know the importance of insurance, i took mobile insurance by syska brand name/services & customer value… but these are not matching with each other. As team had not responded on my query why they are including 15-aug-17 while considering tat of 48hr. Was this information helpful? | |||||
