Syska — Pathetic after sales Service from Syska | |||||
I have complaint request no RVCCR2012RDB00004 with syska to repair my trimmer which is in warranty period. Request was placed 12 days before(Dec-1).. Since then No call or status has been provided to me. Whenever I call on customer care number, they just give me assurance to update me earliest but haven't get a chance in 12 days to update me. They do not give me any resolution date or how much progress they have made in order to repair/pick my not working trimmer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
