T T Solutions (Travellingtrips.com) — Fraud by www.travellingtrips.com ( holiday package Rs.9966/-) | |||||
I am a victim of cybercrime. Please read the below details. I booked a holiday package by online through 'travellingtrips.com' website on dated 23 Dec 2016. I have made Rs. 9966/- transaction through the link sent be them ( Payumoney). While booking i had conversition with Mr. Abhishek Chauhan & Mr.Sagar During booking they provided me a tracking number "TTS[protected]" and told me to check after two days. On 24 Dec 2016 i have called up customer care number[protected] and asked for confirmation of the transaction which was done by me. They mailed me the 'transaction authorization letter' and asked me to acknowledge the same. On 26 Dec 2016 they mailed me and confirmed the dispatchment of welcome kit and assured gift. After checking the tracking number i have come to know its an invalid tracking number. Again i mailed number of times and requested to share the correct dtdc courier docket/consignment number, but they simlpy told me it will take another 3 to 4 days. Yet I not received any product from them. So i request you kindly look into this matter and save the innocent people. I attached all the mail communications for your reference. Yes, that's true... it is fraud... I was just saved luckily... but I am still wondering how come their customer care no. is still active?
I purchased holiday package 12666/- on[protected] but not yet received any gift or hotel booking confirmation!
I faced the same issue. I booked two packages of 9966 + 9966. It was Abhishek / Sagar / Viraj and many more employees involved in this.
Initially the site www.travellingtrip.com was active. Now its not.
Not sure how to get back money from them. Prevent other from being the victim of this crime.

I booked a holiday package by online through 'travellingtrips.com' website on dated 02nd Dec 2016, as I
Received a call from +[protected] & [protected].
I have made Rs. 9666/- transaction through the link sent be them ( Pay u money).. https://www.payumoney.com/paybypayumoney
While booking i had conversation with Mr. Abhishek Chauhan/Jitendra Sharma.
After booking I sent them my name n address details. They provided me an order/ transaction ID "[protected]" and mailed me the "transaction (customer) authorization letter" and asked me to acknowledge the same.
After several reminders & Mail for no response recd. from there end On 26th Dec 2016 they mailed me and confirmed that they have dispatch welcome kit and assured gifts as committed. Even after that & several inquiries via calls on [protected] and emails, They sent me a tracking number. Of . dtdc courier Z09466993 which i received with just a photo copy of a booking form and didn't receive any assured gift!
Again i mailed number of times, called up on their costumer care no. and requested to share the status of the gift, but Raaj, Rohit, Aadil and Sagar & few more name they were just saying (it sounds like same person were picking up calls with different names) & simply kept telling me "to wait for sometimes."
After seeing these kind of delay I sent them booking request as per booking form provided by them on
On 10 Jan, 2017, I filled the booking form, sent to them with my travel dates and details and asked for the hotel bookings. They replied that it would be done before 7-10 days of the traveling dates only.
But till date I have neither received any gift/product nor any hotel booking confirmation!!
So i request you kindly look into this matter and save the innocent people.

100% PayU money is involved in this. All this happened with me in Dec 2016. I lodged complaint to PayU money and after so many discussion and communication, they had to return the money.
Beware: Now these frauds are again active with the name Triptoholiday (http://www.triptohotel.in ). I have lodged a complaint against this as well. I have lodged the complain. Please go through my post:

They will tell you about their happy hours offers that you will get a assured gift dell laptop or VIVO mobile phone on booking the travelling deal for Rs 9966/-. They will explain you about the deal so efficiently and try to win the trust sending you some emails. The most important point is the payment to be made through the trusted portal PayU money. In addition to that you will be asked to pay using EMI option/ one off payment and they promise the amount to be refunded if you don't get the gift in 48 hours. This is the trap. ###Please don't put your hard earned money into this crap deal. ### By chance if you have made the payment, follow up with PayU money for the refund and put a complaint against them.

I went to the nearest police station to lodge the complaint against this but I was told to make a complaint in the cyber cell of the Police. I am going to write this to cyber cell as well.

1) In the era of digitization, what parameters PayU Money uses to provide their services to its Vendors? It seems PayU money is also involved in this fraud. Last time I reported the same but they haven't taken any action.
2) How easily these people are doing fraud without being tracked?
3) There are so many complaints you may find on the internet but no action has been observed so far. Request the the team to look into this seriously.
