T24 Mobile — reactivate my old sim

I have a t24 sim, which hasn't been used in a long time, I want to activate that sim as soon as possible, I went to a local recharge shop and asked him to activate my sim, he told me do a recharge of rs. 35, he tried recharging to reactivate the sim, but was unsuccessful, and asked me to contact customer care.
