T24 Mobile — sudden deactivation

Without any prior intimation my sim card no. Got deactivated. Its been more than 3 months since, i recharge it. After this i tried to recharge my no. But it showed decline and the amount was also deducted but not credited. No messege was given regarding this sudden inactivation. What can be done to activate my no. As soon as possible so that i may make calls.

Please note that since a month my SIM is not working as it got wet and damaged. I am in urgent need of a replaced SIM. The customer care services are not working so please do the needful so that I can get a new SIM at the earliest. Kindly guide me as to how I can procure a new replaced sim.
