Dear sir, Good morning. This is my third correspondence. My earlier complaint yet does not figure. I received a call on sunday at about 1030 am from this complaint forum, asking me for my debit card details to revert the transaction amount of rs. 250/- that has been deducted from my debit card. I gave him my debit card number, month of expiry but not the cvv. He insisted on it stating that it was ok to give the same. Based on various advice as we see in various messages today and from banks, i flatly refused the same. He said then the complaint is being cancelled.. I am sure i am not supposed to divulge debit/credit card details to someone on phone who is totally unknown to me. I had recharged today morning for Rs. 200/- but the amount was not topped up in the mobile. The mobile number is [protected], transaction done online through sbi ref No. 87512528IGACKSCWK9. I request you to do the needful and arrange for refund of the amount. Thank you.

I have attempts online recharge of my bank Mobile no [protected] for rs. 333 on 12.12.17. The amount was debited from my account. But the recharge is yet to be effected
