Talence Technologies — payment not received

I attempted to recharge my tatasky through the above site on 7/11/2018. Rs 308 was deducted from my account but recharge not done.

Below in the message i got via sms and i could see the amount deducted from my bank a/c
Your a/c is debited by rs.308 for techprocess[protected]/talence technologies /thru net banking - ref:[protected]-07/00/2018 20:05-indian bank.

Requesting you to check and revert back the amount immediately.
