Today morning i availed the services of ezrecharge.in to get my tatasky dth recharged for an amount of 240.00 inr... They have charged me 6.00 inr as convenient charges... The same amount was deducted from my bank account... I've waited all day for the amount to appear credited on my dth account. But no hope Can you help for recover my recharge amount of rs.246 (Including charges), this amount was debited from my sbi account, but no recharge was received. Requesting you to check and revert back the amount immediately. Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. Today on 28.11.2018 between 9.30 to 9.45 I recharged my mobile number [protected] for Rs. 99 and Rs. 2 were charged extra. A total of Rs 101 were deducted from my account and recharge status showed failed . Please refund the deducted amount to my account.
