TalkCharge — Added money in wallet but its not credited in my account and balance got deducted from my card | |||||
Hi, I have added money in talkcharge wallet with order id TC[protected] on 06-mar-2017. But its not added in my account, but money got deducted from my bank. When i contacted them, initially they told it will be credited but now they are saying they cant find the order id. They stopped replying to mails. Please help with a way to get back my money. similarly they have deducted amount from me for payment of my BSNL landline but have not made payment to BSNL . i had to pay re-connection charges and also penalty for delay. Freecharge dont share its phone no/ customercare no. and they r not even answering to my email. I am at loss where to contact, whom to contact and get my money back. if any one can help, let me know where to get CHEATER COMPANY CONTACTS AND HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND ALSO HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY. my contact no is [protected] (Order Id : TC[protected] on 28.1.17)
