TalkCharge — money deducted

I did a vodafone recharge of rs.458 on 10th january 2018 on 11:07 am, my order id : tc[protected] and money got deducted from my debit card of my bank account. But the talkcharge transaction displays the notification as payment pending. There is no successful recharge on my side. I am worried as the payment is deducted and i have not yet got the service. I am very disappointed from this incident. I am not going to refer this website to anyone in future. It is a totally a fraud company. They still didn't give me a response for my mail which u had sent demanding my refund. They have ignored and i have lost my money to them.
