TalkCharge — Reg:payment for debited from my bank account but was not processed for bill payment

Hi,

I have just made a payment of rs.400 which was due for vodafone at 12:23 am on 30th march'17. I have not received any kind of successful transaction information nor i'm able to see any order id. Simply, the money got deducted from my account. I've mailed to the [protected]@talkcharge.com but there is no reply from them.
Please look into this issue and revert it asap.
