Tamil Matrimony — Not proper response by --Assisted service team

I raise this complaint on Assisted service.We have got a call from Mr.Praveen kumar-Manager on march month.He continuously called my father to join in assisted service.we have spoked with him clearly regarding our search process as we see the horescope matching by our family astrologist.He accepted everything and if we cannot find the match within 90days he promised us that he will refund the money.After which we accepted and joined the assisted service.We have guided by a mam that she will send 2to 3 profiles weekely.As we have crossed 2months in pandemic.we requested them to refund money or give guidence for another 1to 2 months.But we didnt get proper response from anyone.As we have been calling praveen kumar he is not taking any call..Please to check with this.They are cheating for money..Please be aware of this.Dont trust assisted service..They are working only for money..
