Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — amount not refunded debited twice from bank account | |||
Hi, This is parthibanvasudevan I am from otteri, i have paid my eb bill through online using sbi debit card on 17/09/2018 for the consumer no :[protected] - rs.4441 & [protected] - rs.4024. There was problem in e - receipt genearation. The payment was not successful. I have made payment once again. Then the amount (Rs.4441 and rs.4024) has been debited twice from my account. Still i didn't get refund of amount (Rs.4441&rs.4024). So please help me to sort out this issue.
