Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — disturbed power supply

Dear sir/madam,

I like to inform that the power supply to my house has been affected for the last 3 days since the 14th september till now. This was caused by a big vehicle which hit against the electrical cables and the supporting metal wires has broken causing the power supply to be disrupted. I hope you can arrange to look into this problem with immediate effect and restore the power supply early.

Kindly accept my complaint and appreciate your earliest respond.

I am also, before 10 days writing from E.B note, with my complete, not coming wireman, my home, and he also asking rupees 400, I am also pay the E.B bill. Please resolve my problem. Thank you

This individual house is located in choolaimedu near IOB bank back side. In the current box one fuse is fully dead and the wire was fully fired and came out. We cant able to switch on lights, fan, TV, etc. So please do the needful service.
