On 12.8.2018 at 8.26pm, i have done the tnpsc one time registration payment. Payment was successful and the amount rs.150 was debited from my account via ecom transaction card at tnpscothdrcard, but till due date the amount was not refunded and again it asks for the payment. What to do, please consider the same and do the needful.
