Tanish Ford — Registration certificate not received since vehicle purchasing on 14th dec 2016

I have purchased new Ford Figo Titanium model from Tanish Ford agency (Address : Bestech Buiseness Tower, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-122001) on 14th Dec. 2016. But till date I did not receive my registration certificate, I had taken so many follow up with agency manager & sales executive (Miss Kumud & Mr. Kapil), but they always committed a new date. They also did not given me any legal document in place of RC so that I can allow my vehicle to move on road as per legal requirement, Without RC or Equivalent document I can't move my vehicle on Road. Its too much harassments for me. I had submitted all documents which required for RC at the time of vehicle purchase & I asked many times at that time is everything ok they said ok. But still they are giving me dates only not document.
