I went for service my ford figo petrol... It was pathetic experience for me... After picking my car adviser never called me... When i called he was not bothered at all when i called couple of times that please check problematic things he said don't worry.. And finally he gave me the estimation and said that car se ready and when i called him to drop my car he said car has many issues and finally he told me that it need to change everything....

I have purchased new Ford Figo Titanium model from Tanish Ford agency (Address : Bestech Buiseness Tower, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-122001) on 14th Dec. 2016. But till date I did not receive my registration certificate, I had taken so many follow up with agency manager & sales executive (Miss Kumud & Mr. Kapil), but they always committed a new date. They also did not given me any legal document in place of RC so that I can allow my vehicle to move...
