Tapgig.in — Non delivery of product

I have received a message on my mobile reg the price drop of a tab and i click on the given link and select the product and pay Rs 2999.00 from my ICICI bank credit card . The payment was made thru payumoney and the payment id is[protected] Dt 10.08.2020. After that i received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com for the confirmation of purchase and with order No MS1113 immediately after make the payment on 10.08.2020 . Till today i have sent lot of mail to the same mail is and no reply for this and no dispatch details are received.
