I booked airline ticket by tapzo via icici app. Amount got deducted instantly however ticket was not processed for next 6 hours. Neither icici support helped not tapzo reachable / available. Tapzo.com just show "thanks you" message. When i reached icici support, they said it is third party and need to be sorted by tapzo only. When i got ticket, it doesnot include meals and free cancellation. Even after a day, matter is not sorted out and no where to contact tapzo. Was this information helpful? |
