Tapzo — complaining about bill payments reverse

I had paid my electricity bill for rs.1291/- through bhim sbi pay to my merchant a/c id, which is not credited to biller a/c till now, while my bank a/c has been debited vide customer reference no[[protected]]on dated 5th nov, 2018. Sbi is debited and your vpa a/c [protected]@sbi has been credited but my merchant biller has not been credited. Please confirm the transaction and make payment to my biller, otherwise reverse payment to my a/c, so that i may proceed again. It's not solve within 24 hours will go with legal action.

pls call me [protected] .before 27/11/2018 i have use BHIM App but not done payment Received pls call me.

I have booked six air tickets to COK_BLR & back on 04.12.2018 through bhim SBI pay tapzo. I have cancelled two tickets. The amount for my cancelled tickets are not refunded to me. Please take necessary action to refund the eligible amount of my cancelled tickets.

I was paid utility electricity bill for 266rs with sbi cash point redemption of 15/- actually paid 251/-rs vide transaction no[protected] through sbi bhim app and debited from my sbi account and credited to [protected]@sbi. But still bill pending and merchant not credited.
