Tapzo — recharge from bhim app

I recharge my prepaid number from bhim sbi app, they debited my account but recharge is not done by tapzo which is the merchant of sbi app. My transaction id was[protected].. After i made a complaint to sbi they clear raise up their hands by saying that they have debited my account and made the payment to my merchant i. E tapzo but i dnt choose this merchant for my recharge. By default sbi pay make payments thru tapzo they have their contract with them, so they have to take responsiblity for not recharging my number and tapzo are replying to my mail. Plz forum assist me to claim my money back or recharge my number.
