Sir,
I had tried to recharge my mobile no [protected] on 02/06/2019 at 7.54:32 am
The recharge amount was rs.399/- my other details are as below:
1. App name: bhim (Sbi pay)
2. Cust ref. No[protected]
3. Debidebited vpa: [protected]@sbi
4. Credited to : [protected]@sbi
5. Remark: payment for recharge
The transaction is "timeout"
6. Disput status: closed
Thus the amount is debited from my account but no recharge is done.

I made a transaction through UPI to uppcl as my electrecity bill of Rs.1773 with the cust ref. [protected] and debited id [protected]@sbi, credited to [protected]@sbi on 28 July. But my bill status is still pending.
So you are kindly requested to clear my bill or refund my amount in my account plz as soon as possible.
