While I am taking policy online, In application form they have mentioned that Employer document is accepted as a address proof but after paying the premium and submitting documents, I have revived a mail saying that employer document is not accepted. There is no proper way to contact customer care for websales.

They will only reachable on mail from us and they have mentioned one customer care number on mail, if we called up...

I have taken Tata AIA Life InvestAssure policy (U[protected] on 28-JAN-2006. I have paid Rs 20, 000 for three years (Total Rs 60, 000) and then the policy went into Automatic Premium Holiday.
