    I have taken policy in tata aia life

    For the sum assured of rs.900000 on august 8 2014 an on life on of mrs g rajasri. Now i
    Could notable to continue due to financial difficult hence i request to surrender my policy but they replied only rs.182000 will be settle for me but actually paid arount rs.122000 yearly paid for three years total paid rs. 366000 along with service tax extra.
    I full regret the above value received and un happy for the above settlement kindly do the necessary action for the above issue.

      Tata aia is a fraud company specially his advisers, they make fake promises at when they are came for sold the policy & after the deal they were misbehave with the customers. I am a live examples. So please don't go for it.
      Thank you. They are continually irritate me & nor how many. Please help to whom are being disturbed by this kind of people.

        I kishore kumar samineni from hyderabad have taken the aia term insurance on 16th june 2017 and not yet received the bond.
        When i asked the concerned person, no one is taking the responsibility and i am highly disappointed with the service of tata. I understand how would be the service for claim settlement when it is required.. Considering this i would like to withdraw my insurance.
        Suggest the procedure.

          I am so disturbed by frequent phone calls from tata aia life insurance company ltd in my busy schedule. I have paid the premium policy for
          Policy no. C[protected] of s. Rohith rs. 51470.00- thro indian bank chq no.473634 on 14/6/2017 and
          Policy no. C[protected] of s. Akshith rs.49289.00-thro indian bank chq no.473635 on 14/6/2017
          And both cheque was debited to tata aia on 17/6/2017.
          Even after payment and debited to yr a/c. Who is responsible?
          I asked in madurai office, bye pass road, regarding this. Irresponsible answer. They are saying, "just leave it."

            Dear Concern,
            I bought a policy from Tata Aia in the month of december, 2016 but recive policy docs on 19 april, 17 i gave cancellation under FLC on same day. But they are saying my request has been declined due to post flc period.I am in need of money and big tension, but they are not listening to me.
            I request you to please look in this matter.As i am in big tension, being a girl i am unable to visit branch again and again.Firstly i got a call from customer care regarding sign match, i submit a specimen signature form after that they said we need a signature form then i submitted this also. But now they said we wont cancel it . They are using my money from last 6 months but now i want it back as i am financially in problem and i dont like the behaviour they do with their clients.i have submitted twice once 19 april, 17 and then 18 may, 2017

              I am srinivas rao d. Adviser/life planner from tataaia. They (The management) encouraged us in jan-mar 2017 for doing more business, they had shown us extra benefits in cash /cards/commission and professional development allowance (Pda) — after we completed the business, they announced in april 2017 that the pda will not be paid for the business upto march 2017. The business value also lapses by making the goal-sheet zero. They are not allowing us to take back policies that we submitted as free look period is closed. How a new rule can impact old commissions that are committed. When we try to escalate the matter, the begumpet management is not allowing to escalate it further ad suppressing the information, and dividing the life planners by alluring them with different benefits. I expect tata aia to be ethical and fulfill all the commitments that are promised us at the time of policy submissions.               Dear Mr.Akmal,
              Post to Mr.Shailaditya’s meeting/LPs Roadmap meeting held on 8th June 2017, please find below the representation on behalf of the Life Planners(LPs) for the reimbursement of PDAs (Professional Development Allowance) for the business done up to 31st March 2017.Please escalate as required and help us in resolution.

              During Jan/Feb/March 2017, all the LPs were doing the business aggressively as we were told that we can reach/exceed our PDAs target. We were even given the calculations through various messages/promos/oral commitments. Based on which Policies were submitted by us (thinking that we will be paid INR 6000/- month – for number of months as per the EP (Eligible Premium))

              For example, I did INR 2, 60, 000/ EP, that is sufficient for my three months PDA (INR 6, 000*3=INR 18, 000). If any month inactive- INR 500 will be deducted from INR6000.

              However, In April 2017, LP Road Map Presentation, we were told that there are some changes of rules. All the business done up to March is Lapsed (EP is not transferred to next Financial Year- April 2017-Mar 2018) and new ‘’goal sheet’’ provided etc... However, we thought that the PDA will be paid as the rules applied to the Contract (insurance Policy and the PDA) fall in previous financial year up to 31st March 2017.However, we received just 5500 recently and were told that we do not receive PDA fo additional business done up to 31st March .How can TATA AIA impacts backdated payments by introducing a new rule in April?

              We had various meetings in May 2017(23rd and 24th) with Mr.Shyam/Mr.Akmal/Mr. Murali and you all agreed to escalate the issue for a resolution .Again we had a meeting (Larger group of 70+) with Mr Shailaditya on 8th June 2017. He also agreed to take the lead and will try to resolve the issue within 15 days.

              Since Policy submissions are pursued with the additional benefits, so both (Policy and other benefits promised)are tied together. We are told that past submitted Insurance policies cannot be taken back as ‘’free look period is complete . PDA payment is also not given. Anyway impacting our benefits. It is unethical and going back on promises that were made. If there is a policy change it should not be done to impact the backdated transactions.

              Appreciate your help in this regard. It has been delayed a lot and we are looking forward for an early resolution of payments promised in PDAs for the business upto 31st March 2017

                My father died in 1998, recently I knew from a phone call from Tata-aig that he had a policy with them. He had paid two installments. But suddenly died before the payment of third installment. The phone caller from Tata-AIG can't tell the policy number or Agent's details. What to do? Whom to Contact?
                TATA AIA all executive commit me wrong and also Mr piyush Patel & his Boss also .
                Few days ago i have to cancel my policy still i am not getting my money

                            What mad you are to give a service to your customers.
                            I uploaded my neft form 8 times on your portal. I am totally occupied with that last 4 months. No communication back. No reasons for rejection and no one solved the problem. They make us mad. Running like a dog behing them.
                            I am exactly following what they instruct. Very bad responds. Never informed me what is wrong. But every time i have to call and talk one hour. Only word they know sorry. But they don't feel sorry. Really disqualify this company.

Several attempts are made towards on line payment through 4 no options as u mentioned but failed. Allready contact on today & on 13/04/17 over phone.                                   The TATA AIA has cheated me by putting unauthorized APL interest on my policy payment (EMI), I requested them to waive off but they turned a deaf ear. Total hopeless customer care. When new policy has to be started their agents use to roam on front and back, but if customer takes their policy, they never care customer. I am not paying EMI due this APL interest insertion. IF they cannot waive off APL interest, I will not continue this policy. Please sattle my a/c and refund my deposit with interest.

                                      While I am taking policy online, In application form they have mentioned that Employer document is accepted as a address proof but after paying the premium and submitting documents, I have revived a mail saying that employer document is not accepted. There is no proper way to contact customer care for websales.

                                      They will only reachable on mail from us and they have mentioned one customer care number on mail, if we called up on that number they are saying, they won't deal with websales and need to contact on same mail.

                                      Even If you request for callback on mail, they won't do that.

                                      They are cheating people by providing false details on website or mails or electronic documents, they withheld money for these days.

                                      I think this is one kind of business to held money in bank to get interest over it, without any loss.

                                        Dear Sir, My policy has lappesed on 22/11/2016 and my policy no C[protected]. I want my money to be refund we had paid Rs 905 per month from (SBI KOLKATA AIRPORT ECS). SBI account No [protected]. I last pay on 22/12/2015 to your company. Plz refund my money as soon as possible. I am not interested in this policy anymore. Any quires pz contact in this ph no [protected].
