She doing fraud with me. The policy was open on 31 March 2017 tell now that policy not cancel. So pls. Take action as rarely as possible. Actually this policy was open it without my knowledge .when I recived that police than next I went tata office and surrender the policy. But till today this policy was active. I know the Induslnd Bank mangers doing fraud with me.
So I request you please cancellation my policy and transfers my money into my bank account.

    I kp. Priji, would like to bring your kind attention that i had booked tickets from etawah to new delhi on 19th may 17 in lck - ndls satabdi. My p n r no is [protected]. During my booking, in meals booking column i had preferred for non veg. When i boarded the train they served the veg food. I asked the catering boy regarding this matter, he told only veg food is available. It is totally injustice action has taken by the catering staffs.

    So it is requested to take necessary action against the catering services.

      The same is forwarded to them.
      After providing KYC document. Door number missed to update hence still document not received since 31.03.2017. Irrespective of call and email to customer care centre still no news. Not sure is it customer mistake or TATA AIA mistake?

          Hallo tata aia team
          What mad you are to give a service to your customers.
          I uploaded my neft form 8 times on your portal. I am totally occupied with that last 4 months. No communication back. No reasons for rejection and no one solved the problem. They make us mad. Running like a dog behing them.
          I am exactly following what they instruct. Very bad responds. Never informed me what is wrong. But every time i have to call and talk one hour. Only word they know sorry. But they don't feel sorry. Really disqualify this company.

            Attach screen shot of last stage for on line payment of the stated policy which is not working. I have already made complaint on no [protected] on 17/04/17. Several attempts are made towards on line payment through 4 no options as u mentioned but failed. Allready contact on today & on 13/04/17 over phone. Same type of policy of my other daughter of policy no c[protected]has been paid through online on 13/04/17.

                The TATA AIA has cheated me by putting unauthorized APL interest on my policy payment (EMI), I requested them to waive off but they turned a deaf ear. Total hopeless customer care. When new policy has to be started their agents use to roam on front and back, but if customer takes their policy, they never care customer. I am not paying EMI due this APL interest insertion. IF they cannot waive off APL interest, I will not continue this policy. Please sattle my a/c and refund my deposit with interest.

                    While I am taking policy online, In application form they have mentioned that Employer document is accepted as a address proof but after paying the premium and submitting documents, I have revived a mail saying that employer document is not accepted. There is no proper way to contact customer care for websales.

                    They will only reachable on mail from us and they have mentioned one customer care number on mail, if we called up on that number they are saying, they won't deal with websales and need to contact on same mail.

                    Even If you request for callback on mail, they won't do that.

                    They are cheating people by providing false details on website or mails or electronic documents, they withheld money for these days.

                    I think this is one kind of business to held money in bank to get interest over it, without any loss.

Tata AIG Life sends the policy premium payment notice without fail in time but never bothers to send the PREMIUM RECEIPT. Please arrange to send the last Premium receipt through my E-mail so that I can submit for my IT exemption by 31.12.16.

                            I am a retired man, 60 years old. TATA AIA KOlKATA, Mango lane office sent me an SMS during AUG, 2016 offering attractive remuneration with a position as DEV.MANAGER/LIFE PLANNER and I agreed as I wanted to keep myself busy with some honest earning as I did throughout my service life. They gave me initial training and after I passed agent exam.and obtained license, they started insisting me to invest money from my own pocket(rs.1.25 lacs) to get a position of Leader . I did so by mistake encasing some amount from my retirement fund and took SIP policy in the name of my daughter which attract 35% commission.

                            Now that 45 days passed, and when I asked about my commission, the management replied that I have to do another minimum 06 no. policy to get my initial commission as it is a 'self source fund'. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS BY ANYBODY EARLIER AND RATHER THE MANAGEMENT INSISTED ME TO INVEST MORE FROM 'SUCH SELF SOURCE FUND'. SO I AM NO MORE INTERESTED TO MAKE POLICY OF OTHERS AS I LOST FAITH ON THIS ORGANISATION AS THEY MAY DENY MY CLIENTS CLAIM IN THE SAME MANNER AND MY CLIENTS WILL NEVER FORGIVE ME.
                            I have lost my hard earned money including my commission and my policy also does not have any value as they will deny the same under some pretext or others while surrendering the same.
                            I wish that nobody like me get misguided in TATA AIA as I experienced it in my own life. IT is big big fraud association.

                              I submitted my policy on the date of 19th September and asked for a loan from my policy. my policy number is C[protected]. But after that i came to know that my policy is not eligible for loan. So on 17th October i applied for my policy bond back to surrender my policy. But till today i don't get my policy bond back.                                 I haven't received the annual payment of approx. INR 70, 000. I recently changed the payment mode to NEFT and now it should be sent directly to my bank account instead of the cheque. My Policy No. is C[protected]. I have written multiple emails (more than 6) and the teams, both customer service and complaints initially replied that they would be taking action but after a while they just stopped responding and the money is also not being sent. While they are earning interest over it, I am here losing out the potential investment/interest options.

                                  Adviser are come from small towns and stayed at big Hotels and they are not aware how to raise their complain & if they raise their complain the faculty suppress them by saying good English and asking so many qus, so they think that why they enter into conflicts. But they didn't know due to us they get their salaries and for us company provide best training. but these peoples are monopoly ruled us. they think no body raise any objection ? but i am not this type of person, where i see any fault, i raised my objection?

                                    I tried to renew policy through TATA-AIG customer portal, page loading is very slow, giving random errors and showing policy on hold message. Even it does not show the break up and details and tries to open the pop-up. Pop-ups are poorly designed and does not display the contents.Fed up, never seen bad portal like this.
