Cancellation of Policy

I have, at the very first instance, had bitter experience with TATA AIG. I do not know as to whether my problems will be looked in to. However, as I do not have any other go to complain and as I do not know how to approach the concerned person, I am writing to you. GOD ONLY KNOWS WAHT HAPPENS TO THIS LETTER. Unnecessary premium amount of TATA AIG

MEANING OF CRITICAL ILLNESS

MY CLAIM OF CRITICAL ILLNESS FOR HEART ATTACK WAS CANCELLED BY TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE CO. ON THE GROUNDS THAT HEART ATTACK IS NOT INCLUDED IN CRITICAL ILLNESS.
I am surprised to note that severe heart attack has not been considered as qualifying condition under critical illness falling within the coverage of Health Protector Plan OF TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE.

Pathetic Customer Service

Worst possible customer care on this earth!!! They do not deliver the premium receipt even despite multiple mail reminder / phone calls. But they never forget to dig you out from deepest hole if your premium is due. Once premium is paid they will disapper until next premium is due. Escalations are simply ignored....

I was connnected call from the HSBC customer care to the tata aig customer care reg the policy. They insted me to take a policy for Rs.10/- for the first two months and from the third month I have to pay the 700/- per month, I told to confirm with me after the second month but still I didnt got any call or nothing when I called the customer care of HSBC they replied that they dont have any contact to connect to the tat aig people.
