Dear Sir,
Policy No. C[protected] matured on 26.03.2022 of TATA AIG Life
The above Policy was matured on 26.03.2022 and all the documents required for disbursement were sent on 24.01.22, which are again attached. I have lodged a complaint for non-receipt of maturity amount and the Service Request No. is 77370640 dated 28.03.22. The said complaint is also attached for your ready reference. They are delaying the disbursement and asking for documents again even though again it was sent on 28.03.22. This is the maturity claim and the company is holding the money of the insured person and applying delay tactics.

The company should be penalised for wrong doing and the customer should not suffer as during collection of premium for delay they lapse the policy or charge interest but for reimbursement of maturity amount no penalty is applicable.

Kindly look into it before I escalate the matter further.

    I have requested for the cancelation of my term insurance plan ( ref : C[protected] and refund of premium amount but there has been no update from team. unable to contact customer care number on website.Senth Team multiple mails but no reply from them.

        Term Policy Issuance delayed and not accepting Withdrawal request

        This is regarding the policy number C[protected]. Its a term plan for life.
        I paid my annual Premium worth 33727 INR on 13th Jan 2022.
        And since then its been more than 50 days and they are neither issuing the policy nor acknowledging my request for withdrawal. On every call their customer care representatives are clueless. They don't know their process.

        One of the agent of Tata AIA life came to my place for insurance. As he explained me benefits of the plan and all. He told me that once you get the bond paper from that time I have 15-30 days freelook up period for cancellation of insurance. As i purchased my plan on 21st nov 2021 but till today I didn't get my bond paper. Many times I informed him regarding bond paper but from his sides no response. Now I am in financial problem and want to cancel my insurance but customer care told me that they will not cancel my insurance as freelook up period is over. So whose fault is that. TATA AIA AGENT NAME IS VIKASH, HE IS WORKING IN INDUSLND BANK ARRAH BRANCH BIHAR. I HOPE YOU GUYS TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE AGENT. SO THAT HE CAN NEVER GIVE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CLIENT.
        AND I want to cancel my insurance plan because according to the agent i didn't get bond paper so my 15 days freelook up period is still there.

            I have submitted a death claim on term plan policy of my mother with policy no - C[protected] and they have opened a death claim case no- CC21089208 on 23/12/2021.But till now claim is not processed and all the documents is submitted to the company from my end and they don't give me any proper reply from their side.
            I request you to pls help me in processing my claim as there is so much financial burden on me to handle for me and my family pls help.

              I was convinced by an HDFC salesman to get the TATA AIA LIC and I was told that I was guaranteed to get all my invested premiums on surrendering the policy after my policy payment term of 6 years along with lucrative returns that almost doubled my investment. I only later noticed in the cryptic policy document did it say that I get only 50% of my investment back. I emailed TATA AIA to cancel my policy within my free look period. They agreed to everything and told me my policy is cancelled. It has been nearly a month and they still haven’t refunded the 12 lakes premium that I paid. Every time I email regarding it, I get a canned response saying the request will be processed in 3 or 6 days. I escalated this matter and then the only response I get is that it will be processed in a matter of more days.

              It clearly seems like the company is just fraud

                Sir, due to my current job criteria, my new company does not allow any agent Code from any insurance company. I am not interested in continuing as an agent for any insurance company.

                    I have code with tata aia life and i need noc for this code, i have subbmited all documents to local tata aia office and they told that i will recived noc from company in 15 working days, but is been more then 2 months i have not got any noc from company.

                      Hi,
                      TATA AIA has cancelled my policy after two years without any proper explanation, their reason seems absurd.
                      They say i have taken some other insurance policy other than the TERM policy C[protected].
                      I have not taken another TERM policies till date.
                      i have taken a different insurance policies like LIC jevan anand, LIC bima, Future generali critical health policy. but do not understand how this leads to a cancellation of my policy. when asked for a clear explanation for my policy cancellation they are not able to provide. Please help me reinstate the TERM policy.

                        Not refunding money

                        I have purchased the policy with them with policy number. Initially the agent told me that its a EMI based payment you don't need to pay at a time. Later they said total amount will be deducted at a time that is 52250rs from credit card.
                        i have got a message from TATAAIA that amount received with transaction number. Later on my request cancelled the policy . but not refunding my amount. I have all the proofs that all my amount is credited...

                          My Policy has matured on 12-09-21. Only upon my enquiry, the company has requested documents for settling the maturity proceeds.
                          I have submitted the required docs last month and have been writing repeated reminders for confirmation of the receipt of the docs. I have not received any reply till date. Even called up customer care and lodged a complaint. Did not expect this service...

                          Hi Team,

                          Kindly cancel my application no C[protected] as I am not satisfied with the terms and conditions of the application (policy) registered under my name. As there are contradictions from agent communication and actual brochure.

                          I went to Tata AIA Velachery branch today(October 1, 2021) to request for my cancelation of my policy and refund full amount of premium +gst paid (209000).

                          Branch manager from TATA AIA Velachery branch confirmed me that the application is not processed yet(not submitted) so, Kindly don't submit it or process it further .

                          Adhi Narayanan also confirmed me about the full refund will be done after 15 days from today but i request a proper copy of acknowledgement from your side and faster refund with no charges as i requested before policy generation .

                          Kindly consider this as high priority.

                          As i am unable to reach out through toll free number . kindly call me .

                            We had a suspected fraud situation and reported it to TATA as below on 22nd Sept as below.

                            I want to bring a doubtful call to your attention;
                            I got a call on 17th Sept 2021 introducing that they are calling from HDFC Bank authorized call centre, the call came from +[protected]. They had all the contact and personal details of myself and my wife and all the policy details.

                            I request you to:
                            Please check if you or HDFC bank has authorized any call centres having the above number to call and verify details with TATA AIA customers.
                            Please check and confirm if my policy and the deposited amount is safe with TATA AIA
                            I am unable to login to TATA AIA Digi Account, please verify login is not compromised and reset the password so that I can login.

                            Every day I get automated emails saying that they are investigating and today received an email from Service Assurance Unit; previously from the Customer Service Team, Customer Service Manager, and none are able to confirm that my policy is safe? instead, they just send automated emails with their standard procedure with no specific information.

                            I tied to contact HDFC bank who sold this policy and no response from them either.

                            being form IT&IM background i could see weak processes in handling policy details / documents form them and i am considering premature surrendering of this policy if at all its atill avilable with TATA AIA.
