We had a suspected fraud situation and reported it to TATA as below on 22nd Sept as below.

I want to bring a doubtful call to your attention;
I got a call on 17th Sept 2021 introducing that they are calling from HDFC Bank authorized call centre, the call came from +[protected]. They had all the contact and personal details of myself and my wife and all the policy details.

I request you to:
Please check if you or HDFC bank has authorized any call centres having the above number to call and verify details with TATA AIA customers.
Please check and confirm if my policy and the deposited amount is safe with TATA AIA
I am unable to login to TATA AIA Digi Account, please verify login is not compromised and reset the password so that I can login.

Every day I get automated emails saying that they are investigating and today received an email from Service Assurance Unit; previously from the Customer Service Team, Customer Service Manager, and none are able to confirm that my policy is safe? instead, they just send automated emails with their standard procedure with no specific information.

I tied to contact HDFC bank who sold this policy and no response from them either.

being form IT&IM background i could see weak processes in handling policy details / documents form them and i am considering premature surrendering of this policy if at all its atill avilable with TATA AIA.

    I had bought a policy from tata in 2019. However in 2020 i realised its not a good investment, so i requested for cancellation of policy but customer care told they cant cancel as policy as locking period of 3 years. Now when my policy is turning 3 years they have put it in surrender mode and now they are saying as its surrender mode and i can the get money only after 5 years. They are looting customers with their own new rules and without our consent.

                Policy :U[protected] and U[protected]

                Im surprised to see that both my policies are surrendered, I want them reactivated with immediate effect:

                I'm already ina troubled situation(Covid lockdown) here in Melbourne, secondly I was told by your sales representative at policy bazaar who sold me these policies that my policies can only be surrendered if premium is not paid for 3 months continuously.

                I want my polices to be reactivated immediately since I'm ready to pay all the past dues STRAIGHT AWAY.

                Please confirm immediately and tell me total amount to pay.

                    Now i got a job in the private sector in another field. Due to my name and pan showing in the irda database checks i'm facing some issues in present situation. Because my current software company (Deloitte) is asking for an update of the noc letter daily. I need to provide noc before joining. I'm stuck here. Could you please increase the priority of this case and please help me with the noc letter. I need to submit as soon as possible once i receive. I have already filled and sent you the letter o[censored]undertaking and cessation certificate request forms on or before 20th August 2021

                      I am Partha Pratim Bhunia, worked as a Life Planner at Tata AIA Life Insurance industries and my agent Id is 4805508. Honorable Sir I know that on dated 17th July 2020, my code was terminated as per mail from Distributor care.The letter said that the rest of my arrears would be given but I have not received it yet.I gave 3 more policies before my code was terminated.They did not consider it despite my repeated requests.My humble requests to you is that make arrangements to get my arrears as soon as possible then I will be forever grateful to you.For your kind reference I am giving the list of policy details.

                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                        I was mailing Tata AIA to cancel one of my policy from May-2021 month which comes under freelook cancellation, but now today[protected] company is saying that the freelook cancellation period got expired as it was of only 15 days.

                        The company responded back after 15 days it's their mistake and now they are not giving my refund.

                          For my Policy No: C[protected] I submitted Aadhaar Card, Bank Pass Book and Cancelled cheque scanned copies through mail.Subsequently I was asked to send masked aadhaar card copy and PAN card copy.
                          I sent these documents also through my mail which has been acknowledged by Tata AIA vide request number 75044247 dated 26th June, 2021.

                          Despite a lapse of around 10 days after this my payouts (Dividend etc., ) have not yet been credited to my Bank account.

                          Please arrange for credit of the amounts immediately.

                              Website: Tata AIA life insurance

                              Term Plan # C[protected] was issued on 18th May 2021 after all the verification and medical tests. completed all the required formalities as well.

                              I have received the policy document along with all terms and condition.

                              today (16th Jun'2021) received the premium back and policy have been terminated without informing me.

                              Now, when I am checking again for same plan on company's website, plan have been withdrawn and new plan is approx.30% expensive.

                              Because of this have to buy new plan at higher cost now. This is clearly a cheat case, cancel and sell on higher cost.

                                I have been a shareholder of Tata communications limited since 2015. I am having 100 since then in my demat account. My DP ID is IN301516 and Client ID is 10143826. From my demat account I have come to know that the bonus shares issued by the company in September 2020 at the rate of 2:1 has not been credited so far. I request you to kindly verify the matter and do the needful so that shares are credited at the earliest. Thanks.

                                  And as par Tata customer care number me bat ki Sonali medam se to unhone maturity
                                  Amount 734400+841108 total amount 15, 75, 588 bataya
                                  To sirji ye fark kese 68 lakh unhone jyda bataye issa kyu sir please aap bataye issme kya milega maturity ke time final kya milega taki me ninay le saku ki policy rakhu ya cancel karu
                                  Ak bat sirji hum Tata company par bahut visvash karte hai issa vo bolenge to Tata par kese vishvash hoga please reply

                                    Myself mou saha, last year september i had signed up for policy no c[protected].
                                    I was told by an lady agent named moumita das., that i will receive 9 lakhs plus on maturity & also every year on my birthday i will get 4k something credit on my account., later when i didn’t receive any credit this year on my birthday i contacted her & she said she will let me know but after that so many day passed she didn’t let me anything even when i cross checked with her so i had to contact customer care of tata aia & from there i found out that i will not get any such cash benefit from this policy. I can’t believe i am fooled in such a way., now i will pay 1 lakh plus premium every year for 5 years then on the 10 year i will just receive 6 lakhs something where i was told 9.5 lakhs by the agent., it is unbelievable how she fooled me & played with my hard earned money..

                                    I have been cheated the same way. I was told that I was guaranteed to get all my invested premiums on surrendering the policy after my policy payment term of 6 years. I only later noticed in the cryptic policy document did it say that I get only 50% back. I emailed TATA AIA to cancel my policy within my free look period. They agreed to everything and told me my policy is cancelled. It has been nearly a month and they still haven’t refunded the 12 lakes premium that I paid. Every time I email regarding it, I get a canned response saying the request will be processed in 3 or 6 days.

                                    At this point I am believing that the whole company is just fraud.
