Dear Sir,

I am got Two phone calls to remove agent code deactivation process from my Tata life insurance policy[protected] to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents, and asked me to confirm availability in hometown for collecting the following documents like:

1.Address Proof
2.ID Proof
3.Passport size photo
4.Cancelled Cheque

The caller saying that this year company has gain growth of, so that company has decided to declaring the bonus value of Rs.1, 32, 545/- to policy holder,

For that the policy holders have to create one dummy policy to deactivate the Agent code, and then the bonus amount will be credit to you directly to policy holder.

The caller asked me to pay 26000 it’s refundable and said will remove agent code from my policy. The 1ST caller said her name was Shumit Varma Mobile Number: [protected] and 2nd Caller Said and her phone Nandini Sharma Mobile Number [protected]

For trusting them on discussion they are confirming the policy number, second confirming that Date of Birth.

I am replied her i will go to the branch and then i will submit the documents, But they are ignored me to go branch and i got a doubt, and immediately I am recorded the call too.

Note:
1.How the concern per got my contact details ?
2.How the per got policy number ?
3.How they know the policy holder’s Date of Birth details?

In the above is for your information and provide me necessary guidance in this regards.

    I had bought a mouse from them, saw that the seal was broken and item is scratched and used. Took pics and placed a refund option on 11th march, today its 26th still no initiate of return, I had called them they assure that he will pickup tommorow, but nothing happened till now, even mailed them, still no sign. Worst experience.

      After that again when i am trying to submitt my form, i get a top up called"pan is in use"

        Dear TATA AIA Customer Care,

        After considering various insurance product options, I had arrived at a decision that I wanted to insure myself with TATA AIA Maha Suraksha. However, I am extremely disappointed with and dissuaded by the kind of experience I've had, and I request you to take cognisance of my grievance so that others may be saved from the likes of the agony I'm about to share.

        As a part of the procedure, I was advised to take a medical examination.

        The following tests and sample collection were scheduled on 23rd March 2021 - in the hour of 9 am at Astha Pathology Lab (Dr. Anil Saxena), Jamnagar Gujarat.
        ECG
        Blood Pressure
        Blood Sample for Blood tests
        Urine Sample for Urine tests
        On arriving there, I was mortified to find that even in times like the Covid Pandemic when people and places have a higher responsibility to sanitise and maintain utmost cleanliness:
        As opposed to the claims made in the promotional reassuring videos shared by my TATA AIA Life Insurance agent. The Astha Pathology Lab violated every single Covid norm and discipline.
        Dr Saxena was the only man there. No other staff available to ensure sanitisiation of the hands of visitors.
        Dr Saxena neither wore gloves, nor PPE kit. His mask was on his chin. He did not cover his mouth or his nose.
        The surface on which I was made to sit/ lie down was dirty. No disposables of any sort whatsoever were used.
        After the ECG, there was no disposable napkin/tissue/ wipes/ towel given to me to wipe the gel with.
        The lab sink was full of bloodstains and other contaminants. (PFA the image)
        The urinal which I was expected to use (for the sample) was a common (to the block/building) urinal. I was given a key to open the lock, use it and lock it again.
        I am afraid I feel absolutely compelled to reconsider my decision to insure myself with TATA AIA ever again. I request you to consider making time to time inspections on whether the pathology labs that undertake the medical checkups for TATA AIA comply with the company's reputation.

          My payout for Year 2020 and 2021 not paid to me and adjusted in the name of APL. Also I had paid excess amount over and above my premium in 2020 and again been asked excess this year in the name of APL...

          I had some 25 mails which I am asking from customer care to clarify how much APL is due/calculation and what adjustment have been made till date but the customer is so pathetic and again n again replying with no relevant info to my satisfaction. Even 4 times customer care had given me calls with promise to resolve next time but all waste. These people are good for nothing and repeating same uncomplete info.

          Request some competent manager to check n resolve my issue asap. some of the ids given to same issue...

            I am an employee of TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE for last 2 years and due to personal issues I wanted to leave the organization but whenever I submitted my resignation it got either denied or put on hold with some reasons which are absolutely not acceptable neither are true even though I pledged for a termination not bothering about the career then also company did not pay any attention to it as their soul concern is to take out the business from the employee till the time the employee is alive
            Now please suggest what to do in this circumstances as in this organization I'm being victimized in the arms of my higher management

              Address: HDFC BANK HAS EXECUTED THE POLICY AND NOT BY US.

              I had applied for issue of credit card from hdfc bank instead of issueing a credit card, a tata aia life insurance policy .Has been executed by hdfc bank without my consultation .Since hdfc bank is olso a policy agent (code no.[protected]it appears that bank has intentionally executed policy which is incorrect.Tata aia has olso deducted a sum of rupees 5742/-and olso shown (-)rupees 15875/-from my bank account which is highlly objectionable.Request to cancel the said policy and arrenge to credit the recoverd amount to my account.My commitment through mobile pertains to credit card and not for policy.I am still a waiting my credit card.Your co-operation in this regard is solicited.                   I would like to challenge company’s decision for cancellation of my application no c[protected] dated 25/03/2020 for (Sr) term insurance policy after 90 days from the receipt of premium and confirming the same with baseless sms received on 21.06.2020 by tata aia.

                  Tata aia’s team had treated my application blindly since beginning with false commitments and misleading updates during countrywide lockdown. They were not even aware about filing of online application, individuals kyc process and know-how to arrange medical tests for the new client.

                  I would like to draw your attention to the calls and written communication i had with branch & relationship managers who committed home visits for my medicals at the time of application and after receipt of premium they forced me to visit diagnostic centers for my medical test during countrywide lockdown. Unfortunately, suggested diagnostic centers was found closed due to their doctors were under quarantine. Other diagnostic centres were found in containment zones. I certainly have to consider my health and well-being first than following tata aia’s instructions in national emergency.
                  Regret to know that a big brand like tata is using low profile medical centres for possible new customers. After taking up issue with branch gro, i have received hopeless response. Moreover, branch gro himself does not aware that he is acting as a designated branch gro, as stated on tata aia’s website.

                  Sequence of occurrence:

                  1. Tata aia followed up constantly (From local to mumbai office) to collect initial premium. After receipt of premium started ignoring my queries and messages.
                  2. Looking at prevailing pandemic situation in the country and instead of giving grace period to complete my medicals, policy is cancelled by the organization, saying that “policy withdrawn by client.”
                  3. Branch/ relationship manager doesn’t have manners how to speak with customers. They tried to ignore my calls and pretended they are not aware about cancellation of my application.
                  4. Head - customer service did not bothered to reply to emails sent on 16th june and 23rd june (I. E. Before and after cancellation of application respectively).
                  5. One of the executive of gro desk blocked my number and others have ignored my calls.
                  6. After 137 days, received a baseless letter from senior manager-service assurance on behalf of gro - mumbai with no resolution to my issues i had with tata aia.
                  7. I have tried to contact company’s gro directly but there is no contact number available and the mails sent to him were replied by others.

                  After examining my case thoroughly do anyone still would like to buy any policy from tata aia who is unable upload premium certificate even after a month, asked for kyc documents twice and still requires more financial evidences, suggested an unhygienic medical centres to carry on medicals in countrywide pandemic situation, and after all, instead of apologizing and/ or to offer amicable solution, tried to ignore and blocked my calls from the desks of gro + head customer services from mumbai and state head/ relationship manager.

                  These issues has occurred intermittently over the last 5 months but this has been my worst experience with such a big brand.

                  I trust this is not the way that tata aia life insurance company wishes to conduct business with valued new customers.

                  Unfortunately, I can say that TATA AIA is a fraud insurer and just making Indian public fool by using their valuable money. Even GRO level officers are unable to resolve my problems and unable to reply to my queries. GRO desk officers are trying to escape and close my file without resolving my issues.
                  DO NOT TAKE ANY PLANS/ INSURANCE FROM TATA AIA.

                  MR PURVESH NAYAK - Superior to MR DHARMIK who suggested my a COVID infected center during countrywide lockdown and forced me to get my medicals done.

                  MR DHANESH HASSANI - Branch Manager of TATA AIA Ahmedabad branch who doesn't have manners how to speak/ deal with the new customers. He tried to ignore my calls and pretended that he doesn't know about my case. I can say that he tried to ruin my case intentionally.

                  MS SHASHIKALA - Is the one who knows everything and/ or maybe pretended and tried to escape their team from top to toe, to close my file.

                  MS LINGAMPALLI - Is the one who called me twice @ 9:30PM and when I tried to call her during office hours she just blocked my number and then your team tried to protect her by saying that I should call on your service number. It means TATA AIA team can call to anyone during odd hours and block their customer's number just to get rid of the case and to protect their colleagues.

                  MR SANJAY SENGAR - Zonal head who did not even bothered to reply my messages and during our concall with VIJAY and DHANESH he just kept his mouth shut because he was knowing who has ruined my file and formally instructed VIJAY to try to resolve my case.

                  MR VIJAY LASRADO - Is the one who took feedback from me for each of his colleague and tried to make me understand that I should consider pandemic situation because of which mistakes was done by TATA AIA team.

                  I REALLY WONDER HOW TATA AIA IS DOING BUSINESS BY MAKING FALSE COMMITMENTS, USING CUSTOMERS MONEY AND MISGUIDING NEW CUSTOMERS for their INSURANCE BUSINESS.

                        Now i got a job in the private sector in another field. Due to my name and pan showing in the irda database checks i'm facing some issues in present situation. Because my current software company (Deloitte) is asking for an update of the noc letter daily. I need to provide noc before joining. I'm stuck here. Could you please increase the priority of this case and please help me with the noc letter. I need to submit as soon as possible once i receive. I have already filled and sent you the letter o[censored]ndertaking and cessation certificate request forms on saturday (July-4th)

                          I have a agent code in TATA AIA LIFE insurance bearing with AIL4594007 and PAN : DKUPK3537H

                          Now I got a job in the private sector in another field. Due to my name and PAN showing in the IRDA database checks i'm facing some issues in present situation.Because my current software company (deloitte) is asking for an update of the NOC letter daily. I need to provide NOC before joining. i'm stuck here. Could you please increase the priority of this case and please help me with the NOC letter. I need to submit as soon as possible once I receive. I have already filled and sent you the Letter o[censored]ndertaking and Cessation Certificate request forms on Saturday itself.

                              My self mintu panja resident at gunanandapur, antila, bagnan, howrah wb-711312. I am client of indusind bank ltd. Bank tell me a investment for guranteed fixed deposit on 02/11/2015 and i was agree. But after that some time i know that when i want to withdraw my money that was durga puja time of 2018. When i know that it was a insurance policy which is tata aia life and the policy no c[protected] i also notice that when i invest my money manager tell me receive a call on bank ask to all question ans given yes yes... But i dont know i am basically uneducated. After knowing that i want to cancel my investment and so many time i goes to bank and request to given my money back... But manager given a letter head and given my only credit card value but not given my rs.103500. So many time for ask my money but not get my money. Also i want to know you that insurance company not asked tyo me and not given me datails. When i go to tata aia offiice they call it was late i cant do anything you contravct to bank.. We are dont any support.
                              In this circumstances kindly help me for get my money.

                                  Hv already sent a complaint earlier regarding non-receipt of div. Haven't got any response from ur end yet.
                                  Very surprising & annoying at the same time, considering ur slow response.

                                    I have applied for tata aia term life plan sampoorna raksha on 6-apr-2020, after news that term life premiums will be increasing and it is better to buy soon. I have applied it via policy bazaar.

                                    After submitting all documents including financials, i got a call from them saying for 3cr sum assured, medicals are necessary which is not possible due to lockdown. They said they will issue 2cr policy with tele medicals and asked me to agree. So i gave my go ahead, and my telemedicals were successfully completed.

                                    Then they called me and said they can only issue the policy for a reduced term than what was originally applied for, and i had to say yes for that as well. This is because by that time premiums have already increased for new applications.

                                    Then they called me and said medicals are absolutely necessary, even with 2cr sum assured. I agreed to that as well, scheduled my medicals and got it done. The lab they assigned is substandard, they do not even know how to draw blood properly, and the place is very untidy and scary especially in covid situation. Even then i got that done thinking it will be over soon and i should go thru this so i can get coverage i wanted.

                                    In few days, they called me again and asked for more financial documents which i promptly submitted. Then they kept on asking for ay[protected] tax returns. I have clearly mentioned to them, that this years tax forms have not been yet notified by government, and tax returns or calculations will take time. But i submitted tax paid receipts as proof for the same year. They keep raising queries for one financial document or other (Form 26as, tax computations, returns, self attested stuff etc) which i patiently submitted.

                                    All the while, i had doubts that they are purposefully doing this to avoid issuing the policy, since premiums have increased for new applications. But for this they put me through so much trauma of gathering unnecessary documentation and put me at risk in a substandard lab for medicals, all the while, when they dont want to issue the policy at the agreed premium from beginning.

                                    Finally, i get a call saying the policy application is being rejected, as they are not satisfied with financials. That is after submitting so many financial proofs, which i did not have to submit even when taking a home loan of 1.5cr.

                                    With this kind of attitude, predatory practices, and substandard labs for medicals, not sure how policybazaar or any one can suggest such a insurance company.

                                    If i had to go through so much trauma just to get a insurance policy from them, i cant imagine how many games they will play in case of a death claim and the trauma the family members will have to go thru.

                                    Please take note of this, whom ever it may concern while dealing with tata aia insurance.

                                    After providing all previous years ITRs, Attested Tax Computations, Form 26AS, Tax Paid Receipts - all of which sufficiently prove the income, they ask for Audited Balance Sheets of firm and seems to have converged at that requirement. That after repeatedly telling them that for entities Legally filing under section 44AD, balance sheets are NOT required to be maintained.

                                    The team seems to be constantly in search of some document which may not be available, so they can reject the application. That seems to be their only intention from the beginning, when the provided documentation is extensive as income proof. And all this is just to issue a insurance policy for which i am paying out of my pocket. Other than the fact that premiums increased after i applied, i cannot see any reason for this response of tata aia team.

                                    I am also disappointed with Policy Bazaar as they still allow this company on their website. If i had applied with some local agent, i would have gotten a policy by now with just enough documentation.

                                    Will further update on how my experience goes, in case they reject, if they will refund my full payment or cheat there as well. At this point, i am inclined to apply to another insurance company to see how easy or tough it is to get a policy and compare the experience, though premiums have increased now. TATA AIA completely lost the trust, they could have just rejected while premiums were still low, which would have save me lot of hassle and money.

                                    As suspected, TATA AIA team declined the application while we were still going back and forth if they need anything else. There is no valid ground for declining even after submitting all legally required income proofs.

                                    Terrible customer service i have ever seen.

                                    I request future policy takers to be beware of TATA AIA. If they played so many games with silly reasons just to save a few thousand in underwriting costs, because premiums have increased in April for new Applications after i applied, Imagine what families will go through in unfortunate case where a death claim needs to be processed. Better be safe than sorry and go with other insurers, than not knowing what will happen in case something bad happens, after paying them premiums for so many years.

                                    Got the information, and as expected, the policy is rejected with no valid reason. Pathetic and not resolved.
                                    I am also a self emoloyed and was planing to take policy from AIA. but now changed my mind. Thaks for exposing them.
