Tata AIA Life — Not getting support from agent

Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Binod Kumar Agarwala.I have Tata AIA Life Mahalife Gold Policy whose details are as follow: Policy No. C[protected]; Issued Date : 31/122/2010 I am very disappinted with the fact that i am not geting support from Tata-AIG, when we need it.Inspite of such towering claims by the insurance provide before the policy. I would like to complainregarding my Agent and Co-Agent.Agent name : Puja Lundia Agent Code :[protected] and Co-Agent Code Khusbuh Rout; Agent Code :[protected]. They dont even Co-operate with me when we need.They dont even bothered to pick up my calls. So i request you to please stop their commision which thet get from my insurance policy. Kindly take action as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards
