With Reference to above subject my self Aditya Pradhan had taken Life Insurance agency from our Company having Code AIL4712610 and my Appointment Date 16/08/2018, Pan No - BPCPP4765F

Current Status of my agency Code is Terminated for Non Fulfillment of Minimum business Guarantee.

Now I Got a New job in the Private Sector in another fields. Due to my name and Pan showing in the IRDAI Database Checks I’m facing some issue in present situation.
