Complaint of Fraud Case.
Today is my last mail. After that we will meet you in consumer court and IRDA complaint. My policy number is C[protected]
I am Mukesh Chand Jain. In the month of August 2022, I was checked my Cibil score on paisa bazaar,
After that I received a call from Tata Capital manager. he said that we provided the loan against mortgage, he told me that we provided 28 lac Rs loan against your insurance policy. I have recorded that conversation attached in this mail. He took all my documents and gave me 15 days to disburse the loan amount.
When I contacted him after 15 days, his number was not contactable. and After 1 year I got a call from tata AIA life insurance for Renewal payment. I was shocked by the policy. issued which premium I paid.
My agent Mr Rajat kumar Dubey, I have never met him and Mr anil Verma both are fraud. I also filed a police complaint against both.
After that I have raise a complaint in customer care and life. Complaints Details are here
