Tata AIG Health Insurance — Insurance Not Renewed Due to Company's Mistake

My Health policy Number - WFEB[protected] & WFEB[protected]. I called up Call center and asked about the auto renewal procedure which they confirmed that it will be done through my credit card but same was not done. I was hospitalized on 13th feb and then i saw that medical insurance was not renewed. They started calling for renewal only when i enquired about the same. now I have a medical claim and no one is ready to answer on this issue. Amitabh Srivastava ([protected])
