Dear Sir,
Today I want to tell you with great sadness and humiliation that I have a group mediclaim policy (Policy No-[protected]) from my company. The Mediclaim Policy Company Name is “TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED” and serviced by “MEDI ASSIST INSURANCE TPA PVT. LTD. My Policy ID is-[protected].
I want to tell you that towards the end of the month of May, I started having some problems in my liver and started having a lot of pain due to which I was not able to do anything. I decided to get admitted to the nearest hospital “ Jaipur Golden Hospital, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi.” as my problems were increasing. I was admitted to the hospital on 2-6-2023.
The surprising thing is that I was admitted there ( Jaipur Golden Hospital, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi. ) from[protected] to[protected] but no one showed any interest in treating my disease, but meanwhile the employees of this poor hospital were getting the bills added to my mediclaim policy. A crude joke was made on me in the name of treatment of my disease. My condition was becoming miserable day by day. When I felt that there was no doctor here for me, I got admitted to another hospital on[protected] itself.
I was admitted to the JIVAN Hospital Mangol Puri, Delhi. on[protected]. Due to timely and proper treatment by the Doctors in this hospital, I got cured and was discharged from this hospital on[protected]. At the time of my mediclaim, these two hospitals probably did not have the facility of a cashless policy.
I paid all the hospital bills by borrowing money from my relatives. For the last 5 months, I have been fighting day and night for my claim money (Old Request Claim No[protected] but nothing is being heard on my claim. I belong to a poor family. I have given all the documents to the mediclaim company about 6 times through email and have even couriered all the original bills and all the reports of the hospital, and requested for claim through more than 50 phone calls, But again a new demand comes from the mediclaim company. (New Claim No[protected] I am tired of giving documents, now I don't have that much strength.
The limit was reached when the Mediclaim company (“TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED”) made the wrong accusation against me. Sir, if I am taking the claim by lying then the mediclaim company should have gone to the hospital and verified but it was not done. I have been fooled for the last 5 months. That is why I have decided to file this complaint in the consumer court. Such a poor mediclaim company should be ashamed, which proves the customers a liar by taking documents thousands of times.
My total claim amount is Rs.110000/-. You are requested to help me in this case. Only when I get this claim money will I be able to repay the borrowed money. Waiting for your positive feedback.

I am no longer interested in your nonsense emails and don't send me unnecessary mail like this. My total claim amount is Rs.110000/-. If my claim is not received within 10 days, I will drag you straight to consumer court. This is my final warning to you.

Respected sir,
As you might have seen in my Grievance Number: 5079588, my Mediclaim service provided company Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited Just trying to give me sympathy. They have made me very sad in the last 5 months. I even felt like crying many times but he ignored my problem. Now my claim case should not be delayed. I have already suffered a lot. Sir, I have been misled for the last 5 months. On the contrary, I was wrongly accused that I had submitted all the reports wrongly for the claim. Sir, I want the strictest action should be taken against ( “TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED” and serviced by “MEDI ASSIST INSURANCE TPA PVT. LTD.) them. I have requested the mediclaim company to give my claim within 10 days by mail. If the claim is not received within 10 days, I will soon file an FIR in the police station against the mediclaim company and will not hesitate to file an application in court as well.
My total claim amount is Rs.110000/-. You are requested to help me in this case. Only when I get this claim money will I be able to repay the borrowed money.

Dear Sir,

Sir/Madam,

This is to reference your trial mail dated Mon, Oct 30, 11:39 PM (13 hours ago) and Consumer Grievance Remark Date[protected]:40:48 regarding my claim processed. I thank you wholeheartedly for this. At least your useless department started working on my complaint.

But before processing my claim, let me clarify again that my claim is from two hospitals, the first is from Jaipur Golden Hospital, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi and the second is from Jiwan Hospital, Mangol Puri, Delhi. My Total claim amounts in both these hospitals is It is around Rs. 110000/- (One Lac Ten Thousand Only). I have sent you a copy of all the bills under this claim amount (Rs. 110000/-) through email and courier.

Therefore, I request that my claim should be fully approved. If you are facing any kind of problems with processing my claim bills then you can talk to the hospital directly.

I have already shared the bank details with you along with the documents. Again I remind you that I need my full claim amounts. If my claim amount is less then I will be forced to file a case in the consumer court again because your department has been harassing me a lot for the last 5 months and I have all the evidence with which I can prove it in the court.

Again I request you please process my full claim of Rs. 110000/-.

    Hi, I booked Tata aig Policy no: [protected] Claim no: [protected]A.

    I had missed connection flight due to bad weather.

    They are telling me the foolish statement that return journey means it is the return leg of the journey and not return ticket.

    Hence they are not processing my claim for missed connection flight.

    Please never choose Tata aig.

      My ericksha has been stolen on 25th november2022. I logged an fir on 2nd december 2022.aprox 1 month later having got the registration i made a claim.but they rejected my claim for delay .so please review my claim

        I am 65 yrs of age, fell ill and hospitalised for the first time in life
        MY CLAIM WAS REJECTED ON BASIS OF 'FRAUD' ...detected by an ill-trained dubiously qualified 'Claim analyst' from 'bullet health services' ...for Tata AIG
        Tata AIG going by his analysis, not only rejected my claim, inspite of all documents provided, they also TERMINATED POLICY !
        How convinient for tata AIG !, as i am 65 yrs old and likely to fall ill more often, and go on claiming !, they simply find an excuse to terminate policy !
        BEWARE, TATA AIG INSURANCE FAILS YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Sir as per the policy Nursing Cover is already Applicable to me, which is showing in my policy. but Post nursing cover disallow by TATA AIG of Rs. 94400.00 Against Claim No.[protected] & Rs. 52700.00 Against Claim No.[protected]. Relevant Original documents already sent to tata aig when i applied for a fresh claim. now also attached scan copy for your reference. sir as per the situation after surgery Doctor Advised for this service and i go ahead as per the instruction by Doctor. "it was taken from the same date of Discharge time". i also submitted Request letter of Doctor along with the Original documents. sir each and every time i called with Tata Aig Customer care helpline and that time helpline people said you are applicable for that as per the policy. Tata Aig can checked my call calls record with communication happened with TAT AIG helpline. its surprise to me sir.
          I humble request to you kindly look my claim case in priority basis.

            I have paid the amount of 10890 to TATA AIG via UPI for renewal of my car insurance bearing no: TS11EX6660 but i have not received any soft copy of my policy upon checking with customer care they are saying payment is not received by them i have all the transaction details

              On[protected] I had given my car (DL 9C AM 0593) for body shopping to KAP Auto Maruti Service Center, On[protected] TATA AIG sent Mr. Shubham Kumar to assess the condition of my car during this period Surveyor did not even call me for checking on my accidental story or any other query. On[protected] I got a call from KAP service center stating that left side damage is approved and we are starting work. On[protected] I personally visited the service center after travelling 30 KMs and I was shocked to see that on the left side of the car still one part and back bumper is damaged. I called the Surveyor and asked about it and tried to tell my accidental story but he did not listen and denied this case further. After this I escalated this case to surveyor superiors Mr. Ravi Pant and on manager.[protected]@tataaig.com, head.[protected]@tataaig.com. After so many chases and calls Today on[protected] Mr. Ravi Pant called me and arranged an independent re-survey by Mr. Sudhir Kumar Gupta, I personally also went to Service center from Hapur to Ghaziabad by holding my other important office meetings to represent my case, but I think I made a wrong decision to go there, it was again waste of time. The New Surveyor seemed to be in agreement with the previous surveyor's report and did not pay attention to the discrepancies that I had pointed out. He was just repeating the word "multi-damage", and the worst thing is that in alone he asked for a bribe of RS 2000 for approving re-survey. I immediately refused this unethical behaviour and reported the incident to Mr. Ravi Pant. I am not getting satisfactory resolution of this matter and TATA AIG has failed to take any action to address my concerns.

                    My hospital is only one NABH Accredited Ayush Hospital in Ahmedabad having 15 bed Indoor Facility.

                    Since last 2-3 months, I putting Reembursment Claim in TATA AIG but They Denied it by saying that
                    Aagyarth Ayurved Panchakarm Hospital Hospital is excluded hospital in our list.

                    For behind this Statement,
                    I am trying to find out the reason behind this action taken by TATA AIG head Office, So many times I did mail to all Authorities but there is No any Satisfied reply from your side.
                    Although I also visited TATA AIG Ahmedabad branch office to meet Mr.Deepak Vasishtha who is hospital network provider. Without any prior notice or justification about any misleading claim how you can take such type of action??

                    But he says that I also don't know about this action.
                    I also contacted to Mr. Prashant Dughal in Mumbai branch he also said that he also don't know about this action. So No one is taking responsibility for this Action. Also I contacted to customer care number but they also refusing me to help in this matter.

                    Finally today I Contacted with MR PARAS SHAH for doing legal action against this statment
                    Because Due to your this statement, other TPA and insurance company refuses us for empanelment with them.

                    It is mater of Our hospital reputation.

                    So I want to know the reason behind this action against my hospital and I also agree to give justification about it and Do needful for remove our hospital from this list as soon as possible

                    You can also visit our hospital regarding any claim justification and we will try to solve it on all necessary steps

                      First of all they are not ready to share the exact amount for the motor insurance before inspection. And after inspection, they will come up with a amount and force you to do the insurance. If you don't do, then they will send threatening email.

                      Please expose this to public. So that everyone should be aware of their behaviour.

                        Even told multiple times to them, that I had already renewed the car insurance, they are still calling numerous times a day. I have DnD activated on my number, but still, they call at any time of the day.

                          I have tried multiple times on constantly two to three days for renewal car policy but no one can reply properly and directly disconnected the call. Also renewal department provide worng details.
                          I really respect to ratan tata sir but his staff service is very poor and woh apne aap ko ratan tata samajte he. Abhi yaha se policy karane ka koi meaning nahi he.

                              I have raised a claim for an extended warranty by Tata AIG insurance in October and the issue is still not resolved. There is no one who responds and is not willing to settle the claim. I have submitted everything they have asked for months back. The call support does not help saying this is handled by the backend team and there is no communication from the backend whatsoever.

                                  As per the link provided by the company I effected payment of Rs.12034/- to wards renewal of policy in the name of Leela P thru Canara Bank net banking platform twice on 14th October 2022.
                                  The payment did not got thru due to some error in the system. One payment of Rs.12034 got refunded by ROZAR PAY on 15th October 2022. Payment of another Rs. 12034 where about is not known.
                                  Inspite of speaking to them over phone and sending mail there is no proper response from them.
                                  The amount is neither adjusted towards renewal of policy nor refund received.
                                  In this regard I have sent a mail to Canara Bank branch also to help me in this regard.

                                    My son was admitted in Harmony hospital on 11.8.2022 and was discharged on 18.8.2022, he was suffering from swine flue and was on ventilator,
                                    Tata aig people has given queries and also taken my google map locations of that days ... now they had rejected my claim, If they were having any doughty. They can also check vedio recording of Hospital, but after so many days they had taken and now they reject my claim is not fair, so I request to do needful for the same.

                                        My eye was operated at Eye-Q (Agnihotri Hospital) Hisar on 7th July'22. I had filed the claim duly supported by all relevant documents. My claim ID is 1087632
                                        Why the company is silent in paying the claim whereas I am more than 10 years of medicare policy holder of Axis-TataAIG? Bank is also not answering properly.
                                        Please advise what to do.
