Tata AIG Insurance — car insurance renewal - policy is not received

I have made a payment for getting tata aig through the link that is given. I still didn't get a confirmation on payment and a insurance copy.

I have shared all the transaction details with the vendor. Please help me getting the insurance copy as the expire data is very near. I have waited for 2 weeks and no action taken yet. I can share you more details on the order.
