Tata AIG Insurance — car policy not received and payment done 16.10.2017 | |||
Dear sir, i have tata aig insurance policy no[protected] which has been expired on 24.10.2017. I had done the renewal payment on 16.10.2017 online transaction id jhmp[protected] message received will get the policy in 4 days. But till date i haven't received the policy and customer care respond that you will get shortly from last 3 days. Now i am running my car without policy due to tata aig poor response and policy process. I am suffering and not able to drive my vehicle as this is illegal if we can run vehicle without insurance. I am getting loss of atleast 300 rs per day due to this as doing cab on daily basis for office. Kindly help and do the needfull. Regards, Gaurav dhall. Was this information helpful? | |||

To initiate a claim it self was so painful experience. Tata aig executive do not give information. They disconnect call.
They transfer call to irrelevant department.
Its systematic complete torture.
