Tata AIG Insurance — claim not received

Almost 8 months elapsed. still claim amount of my vehicle is not credited in my account. i am continously following with the persons in the local office of muzaffarpur, but every day they make me fool by saying that ur claim is processed or it ll be credited today. everytime they make an new execuse. i have submitted the documents many time as & when they required.My claim no- is [protected]
