On 7th feb 2019, i purchased a student guard travel insurance from tata aig online, worth rs 6214. On online payment however, the transaction failed, however the amount was debited from my bank account. I haven't received the policy at all from tata aig. I would like a refund since the policy has not been issued. The transaction number in question is pt[protected]

    TATA AIG, I have submitted my vehicle no RJ14UK1786 (Mahindra XUV500 R FWD W10 AT) on 23/01/2019 at Jothwara Service Centre Jaipur as my vehicle was damaged due to accident.

    I am doing regular follow-up with team TATA AIG and Mahindra but not getting any response from anyone. I request to team TATA AIG to kindly resolve above issue on priority.

      My name is ashish,
      I purchased tata aig healthcare policy product name (Mediprime) & policy number [protected], on 8th jan 2019 the amount 6053 rs was deducted from my salary account, which was opened recently with axis bank. This option of purchasing the policy was available only for new account holders.

      I called tata aig customer care 5-8 times for the soft copy of my policy, every time customer...

      I had a car accident on 26th november 2018, i am not getting claim for my multiple damages even though it is genuine, the surveyor is not getting convinced, even the car is surveyed by some other third party surveyor appointed by tata aig, i am completely disappointed with service you are giving to the customer, the policy is zero dep. I have been trying to contact someone from tata aig but i’m unable. Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

        I have taken a health policy during account opening in axis bank.
        Amount deduct on 11.01.19 & i already registered a complaint & complaint number is [protected] but still problem not resolved.
        I have also attached the bank statement. So i suggest to all that don't take the policy from tata aig. It's a panic service.

          Theft of vehicle no. Pb10-gp-4076 insured under policy no. [protected] and claim no. [protected]-a

          The scooty was theft on 17/02/2018. Its been around one year but we didn't get the claim against this policy even though we are clear with our statement and also was written to our letter head and all the relevant documents are submitted to tata aig insurance co. They sent us the notice that there is delay in fir and also written that due to your negligence your scooty was theft. But nothing was like that. Sir, they have changed the scenario now and they are not giving us the reply and also not giving us the claim. Sir please help us our scooty was brand new only 2 to 3 months old it was. We have also sent them two legal notice by our lawyer but they are not replying.

          Please help us what to do its been 1 year already

            I had renewed insurance policy for my audi mh12 gd 1234 with all covers from tata aig by paying a huge premium of 79704/ for the sum assured of 1850000/. Since so many years i have obtained the car insurance policy from tata aig relying on the reputation and good will of it. I was told by the agent that the policy covers everything inclusive of engine protection, etc. Why will i buy such a huge premium policy? I was misguided by the agent as the details of the policy conditions were not given to me. The irda has the mandate that the insurance companies or their agents clearly and explicitly explain to the policy holder at the time of selling the policy, all the terms and conditions including the exclusion clauses. The agent has violated this regulation.
            Its very astonishing and disgusting that they have rejected my claim.
            My car was affected due to floods on 29 th aug 2017. Prior to the floods my car was in a good condition and running smoothly. After primary survey the surveyor had told the workshop to start with the work. Later on the workshop diagnosed that the starter and the fuse box both were affected due to floods. According to the surveyor the fuse box was not affected due to floods but it was damaged due to water seepage. Had it been due to water seepage my vehicle could have faced problems before only. You can check the records of pune audi workshop as my car was serviced only there. I have not done any alterations in the car also. The cause of the damage being accidental i. E due to flood water only the claim was admissible. I understand only one thing that the water in the fuse box was only due to flood water. Initially i dint have any problem with the fuse box.
            Secondly i have undergone lot of harassment due to the claim rejection, delay in reply for more than 2 months and unavailibility of the car for 4 months.
            Hence i request you to handle this matter amicably and do the reimbursement of rs 3, 77, 756/ at your earliest. Either the tata aig or the agent has to take the responsibility and get the needful done. I once again request you to close this matter in a positive way. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and do the needful asap.

              I renewal the my motor insurance policy no: [protected] on 19/12/2018. But till the date i didn't get any acknowledgement from yours. I already give the complaint and ticket no is[protected]. But there is no action from your side.
              My existing policy was expired and i don't have any soft /hard copy proof to travel on road.
              Please take the necessary action and issue my acknowledgement copy through mail.

                A company with tata group and unfortunatelly do not follow any ethics. They represent a true lies with in settlement of the claim and try to make unnecessary demans of diucments which you can not produce or will take long time.

                I was a tata aig car insurance holder and i have submit a claim from them. I had taken bumper to bumper insurance with 35k approx premium. Claim was register with them due to body shop on car parts.

                I went for the claim process and spoke to tata aig representative over phone, they told me its due to mallicious act and the need a police acknowledgement.

                It took me 1day time to get the police acknowledgement and i produced the doucment to them.

                After the review they said that they need a fir copy for the claim. I was having feeling that if they do not want to settle the claim or they want to customer to harass. I spoke to the customer care and they said same thing as they do not have much idea.

                I raised the grivence wtih tata aig which was replied by ajit dhuri. I had raised few query and information why they need fir copy and why its under malliciois act which they wantted to impose on my claim. Why their people said that they need acknowledgement and then fir.

                Instead of replying to my query he started asking other document like complain copy and acknowledgement ect.

                I replied to him asking same thing again and shared the document over email a i thought he will take any action.

                I do not what in his mind and what he wanted to say but his words look like he certainly want to close this without settlement this. He asked for signature of complaint copy with acknowledgement.

                I think its my duty to give them acknowledgement dully signed by police or shared the complain with signed on them not both. I have aleady shared them acknowledgement. Policge give acknowledgement not the original letter signed by them. If they do what will they have it.

                I raised the claim with tata aig and i did not get any thing aprt from claim nummbe ad while settleing they need all the document.

                If tata aig really have some issue with acknowledgement then they shoudl go to police station and enquire rather then asking me.

                I am really suffering from this tata aig insurance agents. After paying a whole lot of amount i did not get anything apart from wasting my time..

                I donot know but indian law should have certain things to make such company suffer. I took insurance beliving tht it will be helpfull for me but i am spending more time in chasing such claims.

                I will suggest to everyone to take insurance from good company but never ever from tata aig as they do not settle claims as they have very worst team.

                  This is the worst service and professionalism i ever seen, though i received the delivery of bike after 15days, till now not received single call and any confirmation msg or mail that how much company is providing and no one is bothering since the bike is delivered from work shop and approaching 1month, plz look into this and do the needful, m single handed following up with showroom supervisor daily and repeatedly, it shows your professionalism, till now i hv not received the agent name and number also to contact further, i was the person who used to call and followup. Definitely i will forward my concern to tvs motor company.

                    Kindly check all the screenshots and also find the attachment.
                    As per TATA AIG'S online payment mode, link was sent to us for payment.
                    We paid the amount via NET BANKING through CITRUS SOLUTION which is also official payment site of tata aig.
                    Now you can see that the amount is already debited from my account and it is clearly shows.
                    If this amount is not reflect in TATA AIG account then it is not the fault o[censored]s, our payment is already transfer via Citrus payment solution.

                    Yesterday we made transaction for TATA AIG via net banking through CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION.
                    Please check reference no.also.
                    Now TATA AIG said that they don't receive this payment from Citrus.

                    We also attach latest screnshot of bank statement after 24 hours, till money is not return to our account.
                    Today is last date of my insurance, what will we do for that?
                    Nobody can answer, please help us.

                    Exact same issue here. I paid through the email link as well and my payment gateway was Paytm. Have they resolved your issue yet?

                    I wonder if this has something to do with their online link and if this happens to all users who use the online link.

                      Above all travelers missed flight because of less connection time between to flight. they missed flight from Paris to Mumbai and as we trying to claim and got a reply we will not entertain this claim.

                      what is the use of to buy a insurance if there is not possible terms and condition needs to follow.

                      we are just asking to claim us next flight fare.

                        Three months back i received a call from tata aig agent under axis bank ltd group.
                        The agent mentioned that you will receive the claim for any treatment other than regular check up.
                        And now when i am feeling down and called at the customer care for tge information about nearby clinics and hospitals they said me that you will get a claim only if you are hospitalized for minimum 24 hours.
                        And now i don't have enough money for the treatment as the symptoms are pointing that i am suffering from dangue.

                          My claim number is [protected] (Policy no [protected]) and i submitted all the hospitalization records against my claim, but later on i was asked to submit previous treatment records prior to hospitalization including 1st consultation which i submitted after that the claim is still under process and asking the same thing again and again.

                          Also i contacted several times to customer care but did not got the satisfactory reply and they always keep on saying please wait your claim is under process and asking for the same documents again and again which i have already submitted through mail and courier as well.

                          You are kindly requested to please look into the above matter and resolve it as soon as possible because it has been pending since long time even though i submitted all the documents required by you.

                            My father is a farmer. He has done fasal bima last year i. E 2017 in tata aig. He is has taken money in intrest to pay tata aig.
                            All people got their insurance money as our area gone loss of harvest. Still we havent due to technical issue in data as per bank manager and angul dept authority.
                            We have complained many time ; nobody hear us. Sir we are helpless now

I have taken a agricalture loan from khorda kendra samabaya samiti a/c no-3122 in 06/07/2017, of 80000 by chegue no-302269, which was insured by tata aig corp insurance, because of low water fall our bolgarh block was most affected, under this block my gram panchayat was mostly affected by 74% loss of corps which govt of odisha declared every farmers are coverd 74%of money in there bank a/c but till now i have not found my insured amount. I have complained in my bank but they said your list is not arrive to give money.

                              First I have contacted to the khorda kendra samabaya samiti but they told your insurance money is not arrive and they show the whole list of all farmers but my name is not listed here and they told contact your agricalture society. Then i contacted the socity but they not tols anything about this.

                              I have paid renewal insurance premium on 25/10/2018 and my insurance is expired on 26/10/2018.

                                  I beg to say that i have tata aig family floator,, april was admit in ardent ganpati hospital.. This is reimbursement case, i was paid rs 46000 above..
                                  Someting rupees in hospital. After discharge. I was send all the documents related claim... With claim no - [protected].. Tpa said your claim was settled after 15-20 days ago.. But after one month.. Fhpl tpa said.. Your was denial under fraud clause... I was send 30 mails, regarding my claim. That my claim not fraud clause... There was misunderstanding with my claim.. But no processing,, then fhpl investigator meet with me, then i was all statement given to fhpl investigator,,, and investigator check all the docs in hospital also,,, but 5 days ago my calim rejected,,, fhpl said my claim is fraud,. How that possible,.. Sir fhpl tpa last 4 months distrub and harassment me, fhpl said call to dr dheeraj. And dr dhiraj denied my claim... When i was touched to dheeraj..

                                  Dr dhiraj mhatre said me... That i am open a fraud institute regarding claim.. You are fraud... Etc... They talk unprofessional language... When i was asked him.. Why are you taking unprofessional language with me... Then he told me... This is good way to talk.. I am right everytime.. You are fraud fraud etc

Then he is totally ignore given any reason for denial my claim, then he is saying to me i[censored] want any clarification regarding ur claim then u go for court. I'm giving you every document which u need for my claim. Then how could u said it is fraud case. Your investigator also meet with me my home and vistt ardent ganpati hospital, there also i give him all my documents. Its my humble request to u kindly cross check my douments again i[censored] want any documents from my side then please tell me. I'm looking for your positive result for my claim. I'm very thank full to u, please revert back me asap.

                                  I belong to poor family sir. I can't afford too much money regarding health care... When i was purchase health insurance... Then... Tata aig said... With always you..

                                  But now days. Tata aig not with me.. And also harassment me last 4 month... I request once again plz recheck my claim once again and taking action against dr dhiraj mhatre... I am waiting your positive response...
