I given to my car for claim on dt 28 12 2018 to workshop and also submite my all the documents na tata aig insurance policy. Survior servey my car nd collect my all documents from workshop bt still not submitte all the documents to the claim office nd survior name vikas has not given me to a proper response nd given me aa worng details den i have to customer care nd thier also be same exprience holding my calls for hours nd hours i have being hold my phn 1 hours den miss velentina forword my caal to supervisor name rakesh sinh den he tell me that i have bein forward my complains to claims officer of my region.. So bad expreince i have being faceses still not get my claim fess... Nd have record all the calls nd detials nd prof Was this information helpful? | |||
