Tata AIG Insurance — not giving damaged vehicle claim and misbehaved survey with customer | |||
I had taken zero dep policy from Tata Aig and my vehicle had accident in which my vehicle hit from the back and my vehicle collided with front vehicle and file claim for the same but surveyer not providing claim for full damage only partial damage claim is provided ie one back light and back bumer but my vehicle hit from the back and and front also . Front bumber got damage . surveyer is saying that i am not going to give claim and telling me do whatever you want and misbehaving on phone that don't phone me in fututre. i had contacted to customer care for the same then they have said that you get your vehicle repaired and we will get your vehicle inspected and claim will be provided to you. still my issue is not resolved and only back bumper and one back light claim is given and remaining front bumper damage and left back light has to be proivided by the company immediately. My complain no is [protected] and if my complain is not resolved immediatly i am going to file a case against surveyer for misbehaving and mental harrasment and compensation for the same and aslo to TATA AIG.
